Whether you are eating Keto or just trying to stay low-carb, this recipe will be so good! Orignal Recipe Here - https://easyfamilyrecipes.com/creamy-salsa-chicken/ Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken breasts 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup salsa 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheese Optional: Salt, pepper, and garlic powder Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Lay chicken breast in buttered baking dish and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 3. Blend cream cheese, sour cream and salsa together in food processor, blender or by hand. 4. Spread cream mixture over chicken 5. Top with shredded cheese and then bake for 25-45 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is. 6.
