INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup shredded mozarella 1/4 cup shredded cheddar 2 tbsp cream cheese 1 garlic clove 1/2 cup almond flour 1 egg sugar free pizza sauce, extra cheese and toppings DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients together. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until cheese is melty and easy to stir. Mix well. Add to waffle maker. Cook according to waffle maker directions. Top with extra cheese, sugar free pizza sauce and the toppings of your choice.
